1. Open a First Federal Bank account.

Click on the New Account Information Form below. Print and complete the form. Then, take it to any First Federal Bank office location to complete the account opening process.

2. Transfer your automatic deposits to your new account.
• Payroll Direct Deposit Authorization Form - Use this form to authorize your employer to deposit your salary to your new First Federal account.
• Direct Deposit Change Form - Use this form to change direct deposits (such as annuity payments, interest payments), from your old account to your new First Federal account.
• Transfer your Social Security/SSI Direct Deposit quickly by calling 1-800-772-1213.


3. Transfer your automatic payments to your new account.
   • Automatic Payment Change Form - Use this form to set up new automatic payments or to transfer current automatic payments to your new account.
   
   
4. Close your old account.
   We make it easy to close your old account. Just send the letter below to notify your bank that you are closing your account and request that the remaining account balance be sent to you or to your new First Federal account.
